• Domestic Returns (Australia):
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your book.
  • The book must be in original, unused condition (no markings, damage, or wear).
• International Returns:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The book must be in original, unused condition (unmarked, undamaged).
• How to Return:
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@soulalignedbyng.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
• Refund or Exchange:
  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) for the book.
  • Exchanges are available upon request for a replacement book, based on availability.
• Return Shipping:
  • Domestic Returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Non-returnable Items:
  • Books that have been damaged after delivery or are no longer in their original condition cannot be returned.
